Basically: I can receive money through Western Union.
  For sending money by this system all you need is an ID(ausweis, passport, identity card -  kinda inner country document, it's called differently in different countries) and anyplace that has Western Union. Here on WesternUnion site is good solution about all this: http://www.westernunion.com/us/send-money/send-money-in-person.page?
  It is not so difficult.
Also you can do payment on-line, just as PayPal.
All this is becouse here in my country we cant't work with PayPal normally.

DON’t FORGET REFERENCES. If you want me to create from ZERO a character who belongs to you, but you haven’t a reference sheet for him and you only have a description, you must pay a surplus price consisting in $50.
Characters with references from here and there (ring from here, shoes from there). You must pay the surplus price for 'Character concept' in this case (+50$).
More than 4 characters in just one image is not possible at the base price (+20 each), but you can pay +20$ for the first 3 and +50$ if you exceed 4.

I wont draw mecha, porn/hentai, old people, anthro, realism, overly detailed backgrounds, OCs without references.

I wont do overly detailed commission requests SO if you have a really detailed request, i.e x and x doing x at this exact particular angle with this exact pose, with this exact background and whatever else you may think of...save me the stress and find someone else more pro to commission ; _ ;

I have the right to decline any commission requests for whatever reason.

I wont do commissions with a set deadline. And please do not rush me.

I will only start working on a commission once I receive payment.

^{Hi, I will now open my commission status. Of course I researched and checked the regular prices
and did comparisons to others so the prices I listed are reasonable.
Believe it or not, it's reasonably cheap, some artists here charge $200 for a CG picture,
and that's not including the additional characters!

Some commissions are expensive because once you get a copy of your commissioned work,
you can do what ever you want to it, make different prints for example.
