I totally agree. It looks retarded to an extreme. I hate it. I don't want to see all that! Did you know that if you sag your pants in certain prisons it means that your submissive and the prison boy toy? That's what I heard. Apparently it makes you more "accessible" to the other inmates.

I live in a city hell my brothers where there clothes that way. I am the only on that wears slacks on a daily basis so i don't judge, it actually evolves out of the prison culture. Prison's did not want their inmates to strangle people with make shift belts so they changed wardrobes to the rope tie waist bands in the 60-70's this led to prisoners using the ties for other uses. with out the ties to hold up their pants most inmates wore the sagging pants style. and somehow this was turned into a style in the inner-city in the 80's and exacerbated in the 90's thanks to the boom of hip hop. also the use of White Tees (large ones) where used to conceal pocket content and also throw off police if the suspect was wearing white tee blue jeans and was African American. no one would be able to properly id them since thats what everyone else was wearing.
It makes them look like "low lifes" or something. There's no class in having your pants that low. It kind of makes them look like sleazy and disgusting and dirty 0.0
My mom said she was in the school parking lot and this kid had his pants down like they wear em and she said there was this giant sweat stain and she was like "I wanted to puke". DISGUSTING.
I still don't and will never understand the attraction to such a ridiculous "style". Everyone knows it's prison-bitch origins yet still flaunts it. Not only is it unattractive in every way it is also not practical. You'll be scraping the bottoms of the legs on the ground forever and you'll be pulling the waist up constantly.

I've seen way too many guys like that, and most of the time they have their hands in their pockets like no one can tell they're holding up their pants like that. A lot of those guys wear belts, too!!!
